WHY CHOOSE SARAH'S SUMMER SNOW?
This is a small business I am starting for my summer here in Spring. I have been around snow-cones all my life. My dad used to have a stand and I would be there with him as a toddler watching him serve people. Also, my dad used to make snow-cones for fundraisers when he worked in a ministry called Younglife. There is where gained more skills in service and how to work the stand independently.
You can rent a machine yourself and buy the syrups, but why not have someone do that for you? We want to provide awesome service and allow you to enjoy the event/party you are having!
HOW IT WORKS:
DEPOSIT AND FEES
There is a $50 non-refundable, deposit to secure the date and time of your event. Then the service fee is $200. This includes 1 hour to set up and tear down, and 2 hours of service. The fee is also covering the cups you have purchased, which is a maximum of 50, 12 oz cups. Each cup is good for one serving.
WHAT WE BRING
We have a tent, 2 tables, 2 ice chests, and all of our decorations for the stand. The only thing we need from you is a POWER SOURCE for the 100 foot extension cord we plug into the machine, and a 10x10 space to set up for serving. We will also have a tip jar set out.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE TIME
If you want additional hours of service/cups, it will be $100 for each additional hour. You will get 50 cups for each additional hour purchased. There are no partial hours.
HOW TO BOOK
Email the address in "Contact us" and say what your event is and when you would like to have it. From there we can check availability and further plan details.
